Devonte’ Graham was a three-year starter for Kansas and was named both a Consensus First Team All-American and Big 12 Conference Player of the Year. He won four Big 12 regular season titles, two Big 12 Tournaments, advanced to three NCAA Tournament Elite Eights, and one Final Four. He concluded his career with 1,750 points, 632 assists, and 296 3-point field goals made. He was selected 34th overall in the 2018 NBA Draft by the Atlanta Hawks and was traded to the Charlotte Hornets. His second year in the league, he broke out averaging 18.2 points per game and shooting over 38% from the 3-point line. In August of 2021, Graham was traded to the New Orleans Pelicans. On December 15th, he hit a 61-foot game winning shot to beat the Thunder. The shot set an NBA record for the longest buzzer-beating game-winning shot in NBA history. Devonte’ Graham played a key role off the bench to help the Pelicans become an 8 seed in the 2022 NBA Playoffs.
