Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped via the US Postal Service.
We will process your order within 3 to 4 business days after it is placed. It will ship to your door 4 to 6 days later. While this may take a little longer than standard overnight shipping, please know that we handle everything in-house and do not outsource our products. Our tees are carefully made with the highest quality for longer wear and we have specific washing processes both before and (in certain styles) after your design has been completed. This may take a little longer, but we guarantee you a high quality product designed for long lasting wear. We promise it will be worth the wait. Shipping Rates are calculated per weight by shipping method.
International Shipping Terms
Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties, Contact USPS International or the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. If an order is placed to The Original Retro Brand and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. The Original Retro Brand has made every effort to minimize our international shipping charges. We only charge our cost for these services. We do not make any profit on our shipping services to domestic/international customers. Also, we are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. In the European Union, these fees can be 30% or more of the total declared value of your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or exchanges with international customers.
Shipping Promotions
When shipping promotions are offered, it is only applicable to domestic orders within the contiguous United States. We regret that we cannot extend this offer to orders outside these areas.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the order’s delivery date. All returns must include a Return Sheet that was enclosed with your order. We accept 3 reasons for returns:
- Wrong Size
- Wrong Item Shipped
- Defective Item
PLEASE NOTE - Due to health and safety concerns, no returns or exchanges will be allowed for masks or gaiters.
Refunds are processed upon receipt & inspection of the return. A refund for shipping costs may not be granted. Please note, that returns may take up to two weeks to process once the merchandise has been received.
If you were to receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within two weeks of receiving the product to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.
We do not refund shipping cost of on returns and/or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf. If such an error occurs we will refund up to $9.99 for return shipping.
Pack your item(s) in the original shipping box, if possible, and make sure your package is insured for the full value of merchandise. Return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. Include your Original Packing Slip and Return Authorization Form. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.

All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached. Please include the Return Authorization Form in your shipment. Return cannot be processed without this information.
