Kevin Love played one season at UCLA, starting 38 of the 39 games. He led the Bruins in scoring (17.5 PPG) and rebounding (10.6 RPG). He was named Pac-10 Conference Player and Freshman of the Year. He had a career high 29 points against Western Kentucky in the NCAA Tournament’s Sweet 16 and he was a First Team All-American his only year at UCLA. Love was drafted 5th overall in the 2008 draft by the Memphis Grizzlies and made NBA All-Rookie Second Team while averaging 11.1 points and 9.1 rebounds per game. In 2011, he was awarded the Most Improved Player in the league as he increased his point per game average by over 6 points and led the league in rebounds. He was a two time All-NBA Second Team player as well as a 5 time NBA All-Star. The best season for Love came in the 2013-2014 season, where he averaged 26.1 points per game and 12.5 rebounds per game. Love was traded to the Cleveland Cavaliers after the 2014-2015 season where he won an NBA Championship in 2016. Kevin Love is a fan favorite for the Cavaliers fans as he is the only player from the 2016 championship team that is still playing in Cleveland.
